News Anchors Get A Scare
If you’ve stumbled upon this article from this morning’s SacRag.com entry, then hello! Here’s what happened last week:
Some creatures from Gyro’s Fear Factory decided to drop by (or run-by as seen in the video) the KXTV News10 studios in Sacramento Friday morning around 6AM, delivering quite a fright to the news team of four.
The brief fifteen-second scare clip has now gone viral—being listed as a “feature” video Monday on LiveLeak.org and appearing, with interviews from the weather and traffic reporters, on Inside Edition with Deborah Norville. Viewers of CNN International wrote in to the station through its website, commenting on how the scare made the news across the pond. 
It’s definitely not something you’d expect to see on the community-connected News10 (more of a CBS 13 type prank); it goes without saying that the team of Melissa Crowley, Dan Elliott, Kelly Jackson and Monica Woods will not live down anytime soon.

Ok.. that was just truly hilarious… I had heard about it on another national news show, but I didn’t actually get to see it.. That was a great prank.. and you’re right… it’s not something you’d expect to see on News10… I’d actually expect that more out of the CW31 Good day crew :)
