Music Video Monday: Hollywood
December 31st, 2007 Posted in Music, Music Video Monday
It’s the new title track from the band Collective Soul, and it’s been drafted as the ad campaign song for the new season of American Idol starting next month. It’s the catchy tune “Hollywood”—a single that proves a band from the 1990s can still make mainstream hits even today. You never get too old to make great music.
Download Afterwords, or check out my favorite album by Collective Soul, their best-of compilation, over on iTunes. Their greatest hits album, 7even Year Itch, has great radio tracks like “December”, “Shine”, “The World I Know” and “Better Now” which will have your toes tapping and bring back a rush of memories.

1. Good song! Thanks. :)
2. Every member of that band is attractive.. Dang. I thought that was impossible.

@Laura: The band’s not looking too bad for people in their 30s pushing 40s, LOL. Collective Soul is an awesome band though!
