Insomniatic Portraits

July 31st, 2007 Posted in Life

Wouldn’t it be nice to find someone in this world you could tell anything to and they’d understand completely? Someone you could tell your dreams, desires, nightmares and frightening thoughts to?

I’m know there are people that exist like this, but you usually have to pay them $90 an hour. But if you do ever find someone to understand your hopes and fears, and not just someone who pretends to listen while reverberating chewed-up “Dr. Phil-esque” advice, hang on to those people. Those people have an unselfish, rare gift that is seldom found in this world.

That’s the definition of a mentor right there.
